A big industrial company wanted to have a cloud-based solution to manage several factories in real-time, having an instant view of the production, systems, and possible problems that could be occurring in the industrial plants, so they would be able to act fast.
One part of this application is the troubleshooting. The industrial plants used to have in-site checklists for solving different issues that could happen with machines and equipment, being difficult to keep track and standardize the procedures.
The troubleshooting was created so that problems and solutions could be easily and quickly found from any device with access to the system. The user can search for keywords and/or use a three-level selection boxe to drill down the problem and filter the long list of possible solutions. Also, in a near future users with the right permissions will be able to add and edit the troubleshooting.
